Terms and Conditions – Wedding Photography Services

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms under which Anthony Luong (hereinafter referred to as "the Photographer") provides wedding photography services. They apply to all bookings made by clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Couple").

Article 2 – Booking and Confirmation

A booking is officially confirmed once the following have been received:

  • The signed quotation and photography agreement.

  • A deposit of 40% of the total package price.

  • If the booking is made at least 8 months before the wedding date, a second payment of 30% will be required 4 months before the wedding.

Article 3 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, clients have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal if the contract was signed remotely.

However, this right does not apply if the services have already begun with the Couple's consent.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in euros (€), including applicable taxes.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than the wedding day.

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

Article 5 – Additional Expenses

  • Travel expenses are included unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

  • The Couple agrees to provide a meal for the Photographer if his attendance is required during lunch or dinner.

  • Any additional expenses resulting from changes in location or circumstances (such as accommodation costs) will be covered by the Couple.

  • Any additional coverage beyond the agreed hours will be charged at €250 (including taxes) per hour or part thereof.

Article 6 – Provision of Services

  • The Couple is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography at the wedding venues.

  • In the event of bad weather, alternative arrangements will be considered. However, the Photographer cannot be held responsible for any impact on image quality caused by weather conditions.

  • The Couple agrees to inform the Photographer if another professional photographer or videographer will be present at the event to ensure proper coordination. The Photographer cannot be held responsible for any interference caused by other service providers that may affect his ability to perform his services.

  • If the Photographer believes that his equipment, physical safety or personal well-being is at risk (for example, due to the behaviour of a guest or any other potentially dangerous situation), he reserves the right to stop providing his services immediately, without refund, after issuing several warnings to the Couple that have not been addressed.

Article 7 – Photo Delivery

  • A minimum of 600 photographs is guaranteed for full-day wedding coverage.

  • The online gallery, including high-resolution downloads, will be available within 30 to 40 working days after the wedding.

  • The Couple is responsible for backing up their delivered photographs. The Photographer only guarantees storage of the files for 12 months following delivery.

Article 8 – Cancellation and Changes

8.1 – Cancellation by the Couple

  • The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure.

  • Any cancellation made less than 60 days before the wedding date will result in the full amount of the agreed photography package becoming payable.

8.2 – Cancellation by the Photographer

  • If the Photographer is unable to provide his services due to force majeure, he agrees to either arrange a replacement photographer or refund all payments received.

8.3 – Change of Wedding Date

  • Any change of wedding date will be treated as a cancellation.

  • If the Photographer is available on the new date, a new contract will be issued.

Article 9 – Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • The Couple is granted the right to use the photographs for personal and family purposes only.

  • Any commercial use or alteration of the photographs is prohibited without the Photographer's prior consent.

  • Any photographs shared on social media must include the following credit: © Anthony Luong – www.anthony-luong.com.

Article 10 – Image Rights

  • The Couple authorises the Photographer to use selected photographs for promotional purposes, including his website, social media, exhibitions and other marketing materials, unless the Couple expressly objects in writing.

Article 11 – Data Protection

  • In accordance with French data protection laws, the Couple has the right to access and request corrections to their personal data.

Article 12 – Disputes
